Nigeria, South Africa rank top in jet operations
Consulting agency, AVDATA/JetNet has ranked Nigeria, Kenya and South Africa as the top three countries operating business aviation fleet in the continent.
In the agency’s annual report, South Africa ranked first with 416 business jets, then closely followed by Kenya with 131 jets while Nigeria came third with 100 business jets.
The agency further noted in its report that the data on aircraft were entered in the national registers served as criteria for the compilation.
However, figures for private ownership of these business aviation jets were not revealed.
